Law enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

Wednesday, February 8

*12:00pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Coggin Avenue regarding harassment.  According to the report, the officer spoke with the complainant who not only reported harassment but also stated that the suspect had assaulted her on January 10th.

Monday, February 13

*12:23pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Main Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had stolen a 2002 Suzuki 90 dirt bike from his carport.

*12:51pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 2800 block of Southside Drive in reference to an assault.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her son had assaulted her by hitting her in the face and that she wanted to pursue charges against him.

Tuesday, February 14

*6:21am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of 16th Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person entered his home and drank a bottle of tequila and stole approximately $900 in cash and coins.  There was no sign of forced entry into the home, the report states.

*7:40am-Brownwood Police met a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two known suspects stole two guns from him over a three month period.

*10:17am-Brownwood Police met with the Director of Pharmacy of Brownwood Regional Medical Center at the Brownwood Police Department.  Several medications that had been left at the hospital, some by patients who had passed away, were turned in for destruction.

*11:44am-Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Sharp Street regarding two unwanted people.  According to the report, a criminal trespass warning was issued to both subjects at the request of the homeowner.

*3:57pm-Brownwood Police were called to 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his wife had left her iPhone 4S in a shopping cart at Wal-Mart at approximately 3:00pm and that someone had stolen it.

*Early Police arrested 32-year-old Della Baggett for No Driver’s License.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Kathryn Machovsky Hayes for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Grade 3 Less than 28 grams.

Wednesday, February 15

*Early Police arrested 26-year-old Lupe Conrado Villarreal for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid, and on two outstanding warrants.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
