*A Brownwood Police Detective was called by Brown County Adult Probation requesting assistance with a random drug test which resulted in 3 arrests at a home in the 900 block of W. Baker in Brownwood. The report states that a urine test was to be obtained from Gary Vimmer, who was on probation. According to the report, Vimmer tested positive for methamphetamine. During a consensual search of the residence, investigators found a bottle containing controlled substances along with a light bulb that was fashioned into a pipe to smoke methamphetamine and a baggie which both had residue that field tested positive for methamphetamine, the report states. None of the people at the residence claimed ownership of the narcotics found. As a result of the search, 23-year-old Gary Vimmer, 25-year-old Alicia Diana Green and 36-year-old Fredrick Benson were each charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and two counts of possession of a dangerous drug in a drug free zone, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Rabian Mendoza Arriaga of Bangs on a warrant related to theft greater than $20 less than $500 by check.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old Curtis Daniel Barnett on a warrant related to theft. Barnett was being in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Friday morning.
Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Tommy Lyn Delarosa of Coleman regarding a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Justin Michael Eubanks of Gunbarrel on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2-A less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Elmo Jay Hawkins of Abilene on a warrant related to driving while intoxicated.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 28-year-old Daniel Joseph Hedgecock on a warrant related to sexual assault. Hedgecock was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Michael Keith Hickerson on a warrant for theft and for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Hickerson was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Clifton Robert Keener of Lefors, Texas on a warrant related to forgery. Keener was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Brittany Ranae Kellems of Blanket on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/tamper with government record.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Stacie Michelle Moore on a warrant related to theft. Moore was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Bangs Police arrested 22-year-old Yilson Stiven Munoz of Casselberry, Texas for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone. Munoz was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000 as of Friday morning.
*Bangs Police arrested 29-year-old Henry Barton Parsons for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
*Bangs Police arrested 27-year-old Raul Rodriguez of Spanaway, Washington for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than or equal to 1 gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Justin Lynn Weiershausen of Blanket on warrants related to driving while license invalid and failure to appear.
