Friday, February 7

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop for a defective license plate lamp.  According to the report, the driver Joy Louise Miller was found to have an expired license which was suspended for denied renewal – failure to appear.  Miller was placed under arrest for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.

Sunday, February 9

*8:43 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on County Road 424 regarding four donkeys that were on the complainant’s property, which she wanted removed.  The donkeys had been in her yard since approximately 12:30 a.m.

Monday, February 10

*4:45 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of Pecan Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the victim stated that she had been assaulted by her son earlier this same evening.  The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*8:04 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 6th Street regarding terroristic threat.   According to the report, the complainant was in fear for her life as her boyfriend had threatened to kill her, which also caused her to be in fear of serious bodily injury.  A report to document the incident was taken and the male was issued a criminal trespass warning for the female’s residence, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a location on O’Neal Street regarding an assault which had occurred.  According to the report, the female complainant stated that an unknown male had cut her arm while she was letting her dogs out.  An investigation determined the female had intentionally cut herself and she was transported by ambulance to Brownwood Regional Medical Center to be treated and evaluated by MHMR.

*A male and female reported to Brown County Sheriff’s Office that a known female had threatened to kill them and then stated that she had a gun.  According to the report, the female suspect reached into the backseat of her vehicle for what they believed was a gun.

Tuesday, February 11

*6:35 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room.  According to the report a female stated that she had been sexually assaulted in the past week by a male subject.  The incident is under investigation and the female wished to pursue criminal charges against the male suspect, the report states.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 19-year-old Jeffrey Don Beck on warrants related to motion to adjudicate/tamper/fabricate physical evidence and motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Paul Allen Boykin, Jr. and 19-year-old Betty Deering regarding criminal trespass of a habitation, criminal mischief equal or greater than $50 less than $500 and possession of marijuana.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Jimmy William Jolly on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*33-year-old Ryan John Myers of Early was arrested on a warrant related to a parole violation.
