Monday, January 4

*6:18 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Cottage Street regarding criminal mischief.   According to the report, a vehicle at the residence had been damaged.

*6:13 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a home on Avenue B regarding a runaway juvenile.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her grandson left the residence without her permission and she wished to file him as a runaway juvenile.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 34-year-old Stephanie Renea Baker of Brownwood on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 gram less than 200 grams.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Chaplin Cheyenne Delarosa of Brownwood for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 and on a warrant for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Randall Shayne Justice of Cisco, Texas on a warrant related to delivery of marijuana greater than 2 pounds.  Justice was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old David Justin Martin of May for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Daniel Matthew Simcox, Jr. of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated with child and on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate sexual assault.

*25-year-old Monty Stevenson Wiley of Early was arrested on a warrant related to motion to revoke/evading arrest or detention.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Anthony Michael Willett of Brownwood on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance and prohibited weapons.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Baylee Kaye Wilson of Brownwood for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

Tuesday, January 5

*Early Police arrested 26-year-old Oscar Azael Medina of Austin, Texas for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant related to driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.
