Wednesday, December 7th
*2:10 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Avenue E regarding a criminal trespass of a habitation. Known suspects were listed in the report, along with evidence of methamphetamine use on the premises. An investigation is ongoing.
*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 20 year old David Michael Jakobeit, of Giddings, on Lee County warrants related to Failure to Appear/Theft, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
*Brownwood Marshall arrested 22 year old Edarius Jeffery on warrants regarding Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Failure to Appear. Jeffery was released from the Brown County Jail on bonds totaling $2,000.
*Brownwood Marshall arrested 55 year old Leo Manley Jr., of Coleman, on warrants related to Expired Drivers License from the Brownwood Municipal Court, and a Coleman County warrant for Assault/Family Violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 27 year old Jett Louis Miller for warrants regarding Motion to Adjudicate/Theft, less than $20,000.
*Brownwood Police arrested 72 year old Fredrick Louis Shadowens, of Rochelle, for Driving While Intoxicated. Shadowens was released on a $3,000 bond.
Thursday, December 8th
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 29 year old Tiffany Nicole Daniel on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft of Property, less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 30 year old David Allan Gilbert, of Bangs, for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Marshall arrested 26 year old Alexis Brianna Heath, of Bangs, for Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 23 year old Jamie C. Hernandez on a warrant regarding attempting to take a weapon from an officer.
*Brownwood Police arrested 36 year old Carroll LeBlanc for Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence, 2+ within 12 months.
*Brownwood Police arrested 34 year old David Neal for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Family Violence, and Assault/Family Violence: Strangulation.
*Brownwood Marshall arrested 23 year old Christopher B. Rose on warrants for Driving While License Invalid, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Expired Registration, Failure to Appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 27 year old Juan Alberto Zuniga for a Failure to Appear warrant related to a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge, and Expired Driver’s License.
