Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
Monday December 7
*9:45 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s investigators and deputies executed a search and arrest warrant on 50-year-old Buddy Eugene Allgood at his residence in the 2300 block of Avenue B. According to the probable cause affidavit for Allgood’s arrest, during the search of the home, approximately 7.6 grams (1/4 ounce) of methamphetamine were found. The document also stated that there was 1 large bag and 5 smaller bags of what field tested to be methamphetamine packaged for sale. In Allgood and his wife Jessica Netherton’s bedroom, there was methamphetamine in plain sight, according to the investigator, and digital scales along with more than 100 small plastic baggies commonly used in distribution of narcotics were also located. Allgood and 31-year-old Netherton were both arrested, charged with manufacture/deliver of a substance in penalty group 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams.
*9:15 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Bowie Circle regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, officers met with the complainant and victim and then located the suspect a short distance away from the residence. The disturbance was settled by separation, the report states.*11:20 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the area of Hwy 279 near County Road 152 to a report of a male subject walking northbound on the roadway. According to the report, the deputy located the male, identified as Jacky Wayne Thompson and found him to be highly intoxicated. Thompson was eventually arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana under two ounces after a marijuana cigarette was found in a cigarette pack Thompson had thrown down upon the deputy’s arrival, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Stephanie Renea Baker of Brownwood on a surety withdrawal related to aggravated assault.
*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Courtney Michelle Hood of Brownwood on warrants related to bail jumping and failure to appear, along with driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/without financial responsibility.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 53-year-old David Lee Randle of Brownwood on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams. Randle was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
*Texas Parks and Wildlife Department game warden arrested 34-year-old Jason Paul Young of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 2nd.
