*4:50 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2300 block of Belle Plain Street regarding trespassing. The suspect, 40-year-old Lucy Ogden of Brownwood had an active trespass warning restricting her from the property, the report states. Ogden was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
*7:49 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Waco Street regarding possible public intoxication. According to the report, a female subject identified as 36-year-old Mary Nichole Culp of Brownwood was located in the 1500 block of Waco Street. Culp was determined to be intoxicated and arrested for public intoxication, the report states.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy spoke with a complainant regarding cruelty to an animal. According to the report, the complainant stated that a known male subject had admitted that he had thrown and kicked her mother’s dog. The dog was taken to a veterinarian’s office and it was unsure if the dog would survive its injuries.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office reports that a male subject known as a sex offender had refused to provide the required information to complete his sex offender registration annual verification, according to BCSO reports.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Shanna Lynn Hughitt of Mullin on warrants related to surety withdrawals for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, and prohibited substance in correctional facility.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Michael Jason Melton of Dallas for failure to appear/theft of services equal or greater than $20,000 less than $100,000.
*Brownwood Police arrested 45-year-old Jerry Wayne Nickerson of Brownwood on a parole warrant and a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 26-year-old Jason Michael Womack of Brownwood was arrested on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
