Monday, December 2

*12:24 p.m.-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle and stole both her and a friend’s purses from the rear floorboard.

Wednesday, December 5

*9:44 a.m.-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Bluffview regarding criminal mischief.  A resident had caused damage to the property and charges are being pursued, the report states.

*5:25 p.m.-Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Elizabeth regarding theft.  According to the report, a 16 foot trailer, farm tractor and a shredder had been stolen.  No arrests were made at the time of the report.

Thursday, December 6

*1:00 a.m.-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of 3rd Street regarding a possibly intoxicated subject.  According to the report, a passerby noted a male subject vomiting and stumbling in the roadway.  The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Landon Horton of Gatesville was located in the 1500 block of Coggin Avenue, 7-11 convenience store, speaking with the clerk, the report states.  The officer arrived to find Horton extremely intoxicated and attempted to make contact with a sober individual to come to the location and take responsibility for Horton, the report states.   Horton was subsequently arrested for public intoxication.

*10:08 a.m.-Brownwood Police made a traffic stop for speeding in the area of 4th Street and Magnolia Street.  According to the report, the driver identified as 31-year-old Monica Campos was found to have a suspended driver’s license and no insurance.  Campos was arrested for driving while license invalid without financial responsibility.

*6:32 p.m.-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of E. Commerce regarding the theft of a motor vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a worker was believed to have left some time during the night prior with a company dump truck.  A possible suspect was determined; however, the vehicle and the subject had not been located at the time of the report.

*8:20 p.m.-Brownwood Police met a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding found property.  According to the report, the complainant found a floor jack in the bed of her pickup which did not belong to her.  She took the jack to the Brownwood Police Department so that the owner of the jack could be located, the report states.  The jack was placed in to the BPD property room for safekeeping.

*7:39 p.m.-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Fisk Street regarding a possible sexual assault.  According to the report, the assault was determined to have happened outside of Brownwood and involved a child.  A report was completed regarding the incident and forwarded to the proper jurisdiction, according to police.

*10:47 p.m.-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 800 block of 6th Street regarding a juvenile problem.  According to the report, the call led to the arrest of a juvenile for assault by threat family member and evading detention.

*11:09 p.m.-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of N. Main Street, Kroger’s, regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the passenger side rear window to his vehicle had been shattered.  A possible suspect has been determined; however, no arrest was made at the time of the report.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Mario Lopez, Jr. for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Christopher Allan Minor for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Danielle Odom of Baytown for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 32-year-old Linley Rachelle Rinehart for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53-year-old Timmy Dale Puckett for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

Friday, December 7

*Brownwood Police arrested 24-year-old Matt Duquette of Coleman for public intoxication.
