Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, December 7, 2010.
Monday, December 6
*8:26am-Brownwood Police reports indicate that two officers while serving warrants were threatened by 21-year-old Hector Gonzales. Subsequently, Gonzales was arrested for the four outstanding warrants and for Obstruction/Retaliation.
*9:12am-A Brownwood Police officer spoke with a complainant who stated that she believed a named subject had stolen two Apple iPods that belong to her grandchildren. No arrest had been made at the time of the report.
*7:47am-Brownwood Police responded to Northwest Elementary regarding a reckless driver that was parked at the school. The suspect and vehicle was identified and officers interviewed the suspect.
*2:59pm-A Brownwood Police officer met with a male who said he had been assaulted. The victim had a large bruised knot just under his left eye and on his left temple as a result of the attack according to police records. The motive for the attack was unclear; however the suspect was known to the victim as an acquaintance the report states. The victim’s injuries were treated at Brownwood Regional Medical Center and there has been an active assault case filed on the victim’s behalf.
*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Jacob Paul Keith for Striking an Unattended Vehicle.
Tuesday, December 7
*Early Police arrested 46-year-old Michael Wayne Johnson of Palestine for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and an outstanding warrant.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
