Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, January 26, 2011.

Monday, January 24

*3:06pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Magnolia regarding an assault.  According to the report, two male subjects were identified suspects in the assault.

*5:45pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of Vincent regarding a terroristic threat.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend was harassing her by telephone and making threats on her life.  The complainant wished to pursue criminal charges the report states.

*8:40pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Avenue A regarding a domestic disturbance.  Investigation revealed an assault had taken place; however, the victim refused to cooperate with filing criminal charges according to police.

Tuesday, January 25

*2:05pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of Vincent regarding a terroristic threat.

*4:56pm-Brownwood Police were called to Wild Bill’s Pawn Shop regarding stolen property.  A gun was taken and processed into evidence at BPD for safe keeping.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
