Monday, December 2
*2:33 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Commerce Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant advised police that he had located property that had been stolen from him in San Angelo in September. The property, including various power and hand tools, was put on a hold and a report forwarded to the San Angelo Police Department, the report states.
*3:16 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding an assault. According to the report, the complainant stated that a known subject shoved her and caused her pain. Contact was made with the male who stated that the female had pushed him and that he had accidentally pushed her in an attempt to stay on his feet, the report states. Due to the conflicting stories, both parties involved were named as victims and suspects in a report for assault causes bodily injury; however no one was arrested at the time of the incident, according to the report.
*3:31 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 2nd Street regarding harassment. According to the report, a known suspect has allegedly been harassing the complainant and his wife by phone calls and text messages. A trespass warning was issued to the suspected subject, the report states.*7:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of W. Commerce Street regarding an assault. According to the report, a female complainant stated that her boyfriend had assaulted her at a residence on China Street. Injuries were noted on the female, and the female stated that she felt pain, the report states. The male subject, identified as 22-year-old Timothy Glenn Bell of Early, was subsequently arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
Tuesday, December 3
*5:02 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of 7th Street regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, the complainant stated that she and the driver of a gray dually pickup had a collision on this date. The complainant stated that the driver of the pickup refused to provide any insurance information to her and fled the scene, the report states.
*8:48 AM – Brownwood Police received a report of the burglary of a habitation located in the 3700 block of Savoy Drive. According to the report, the apartment manager reported that an unknown subject had entered an apartment and stole a flat screen television set.
*10:30 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy and a BCSO investigator attempted to serve a warrant on 35-year-old Billy James Chancellor in the 900 block of W. Baker Street. According to the report, after seeing the patrol vehicle, Chancellor ran behind the residence and was later located hiding in the rafters inside a detached garage. Chancellor was arrested for evading arrest/detention and also for a Texas Pardons and Parole warrant.
*8:18 PM – A Brownwood police officer observed a brown F-150 parked facing traffic in the 700 block of Maple, and then drove in the wrong side of the roadway before getting in the proper lane, according to the report. The officer made a traffic stop in the area of Houston and Maple Streets, which led to the driver of the vehicle being issued citations for driving while license invalid and open container (of alcoholic beverage).
*8:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of US Hwy 377 South regarding theft. According to the report, store employees reported that an unknown male exited the rear emergency exit of the store with merchandise without paying. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Adam Roy Deen on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance.
*Brownwood Police arrested 36-year-old Ericton Carnell Franklin on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*63-year-old Yvonne Montellano of Bangs turned herself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Miguel Angel Pacheco II on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
