Law enforcement reports and arrests released Tuesday, January 24, 2012.

*4:27am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Cottage Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant stated a male subject broke into her vehicle and stole her purse. After an investigation, 20-year-old Alexander Perez was arrested for Burglary of a Vehicle.
*8:10am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Broadway regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, several windows were broken out of the east side of Trans Texas Tire. Five 12 x 24 inch plate glass windows were destroyed, causing an estimated $350 in damage. No entry was made into the business, the report states. At the time of the report, there were no known suspects.
*5:50pm-Brownwood Police were called to 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding theft. According to the report, the asset protection employee had a female suspect, identified as 20-year-old Sabrina Tywan Lewis of Houston, detained. According to the report, Lewis had attempted to conceal electronic items in her purse and had passed all points of purchase never attempting to pay for the items. Lewis was arrested for Theft of Property over $50 and less than $500.
*6:04pm-Brownwood Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of W. Chandler Street. According to the report, a female subject had been assaulted and that the male suspect was still on scene and currently locked out of the residence. Both parties were involved in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical altercation, the report states. Prior to officers’ arrival, the parties were separated.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Joshua Clark Radle for Driving While Intoxicated and for Failure to Report Change of Address.
*Brownwood Police arrested David Villarreal, Jr. of Deleon for Theft of Property greater than $50 less than $500.
*Early Police Chief David Mercer reported that the Ryan Parrish that was arrested on January 22nd by the Early Police Department has been identified as Steven Herron. Mercer said that the suspect provided a false name and date of birth that did belong to a Ryan Parrish of Abilene. Herron knew Parrish from high school and knew his name and date of birth, according to Mercer. Warrants will be obtained for Herron for all the charges as well as Failure to ID said Mercer.
All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
