*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a location on County Road 351 regarding the theft of a pet.  According to the report, the complainant stated that neighbors had taken her dog to kill it.  The deputy spoke to the suspects who stated that the dog had come to their property and killed one of their goats, the report states.  The suspect stated that he had seen the dog at a neighbor’s house and had brought the dog back to his house, where he released it and when it ran toward the goats again another suspect shot the dog, according to the deputy’s report.

Monday, December 29

*12:30 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a property on County Road 345 in Early regarding stolen property.  According to the complainant, someone had taken a mount bracket off of her tractor, which holds the mower attachment in place.

*4:34 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of Avenue D regarding an animal bite.  According to the report, the complainant stated she had gone for a walk around the block and was bitten by a brown pit bull in the 1800 block of Avenue C.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*5:41 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center who claimed to be a victim of family violence which began in November.  Information regarding this assault was gathered for further investigation, the report states.

*6:54 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2200 block of Avenue B regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a baby stroller had been stolen from her and was now listed for sale on Facebook by a known suspect.  The incident is pending further investigation, according to police.

*9:29 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Good Shepherd regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, a mailbox was damaged.  A possible suspect was named and the incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*10:45 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 700 block of Penn Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  This call led to the arrest of 40-year-old Mandy Hardin of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Enemencio Delarosa of San Angelo on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams.  Delarosa was being held on a $60,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Ricky Lee Rodriguez of Sweetwater on a warrant related to obstruction or retaliation.

*30-year-old Stacey Raquel Ruiz of San Angelo was arrested on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Caleb Ryan Stone of Bangs for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

* The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 54-year-old Charlie Joe Wheat of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to register/sex offender and for residential use of travel trailer.
