Sunday, December 1
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property located on FM 1849 for a Burglary, which had occurred the night before. Upon the deputy’s arrival, the complainant stated that he had some property stolen from his shop, and there was damage to the front gate also, according to the report. The incident is under investigation, the report states.
Monday, December 2
*9:55 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding phone harassment. According to the report, the complainant provided a list of 61 contacts by phone call or text from the suspect. The suspect was contacted and told not to contact the complainant; however the next day a message was received from the suspect on the complainant’s phone, the report states. The complainant was provided instructions on how to file charges against the suspect through municipal court, the report states.
*1:07 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of 2nd Street regarding a physical domestic disturbance. According to the report, minor injuries were observed and documented; however, no charges were filed at the time of the report.
*3:18 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding a lost/stolen cell phone.*9:52 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Bryan Drive regarding a stolen television. According to the report, the complainant advised that someone entered her home between 6:00 PM on November 29th and 9:00 AM on November 30th and took her television.
*30-year-old Reba Faye Buffington turned herself in on a warrant related to a probation order related to possession of a controlled substance.
*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old Charles Addison Cockrell of North Richland Hills on a warrant related to a parole violation.
*27-year-old Jonathan Joseph Dillard was arrested on a warrant regarding injury to a child
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Joel Matthew Gongora on warrants related to aggravated assault of a public servant and manufacture delivery of a controlled substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Jessica McClurg on a warrant for assault of a public servant.
