Monday, January 21
*5:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 4200 block of 9th Street regarding identity theft/fraud.
Tuesday, January 22
*4:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Bluffview regarding a scam. According to the report, the complainant stated that he believed an acquaintance used his identifying information to open a cell phone account without authorization.
*4:49 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the complainant stated that their refrigerator had been opened and a DVD stolen from the residence.
*10:39 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Austin Avenue regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant advised that a brick had been thown through the window of her vehicle and her purse had been stolen.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Christopher Allen for a warrant related to driving while license invalid.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Robert Clark on a warrant for motion to adjudicate related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Sirilio E. Lopez on a warrant related to Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Gregory Travis Lundy on a warrant for motion to revoke related to assault with injury family violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50-year-old Geronimo Mendieta on a Comanche County warrant for a probation violation related to driving while intoxicated 2nd.
Wednesday, January 23
*4:25 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Borden regarding a theft. According to the report, while speaking to the complainant, dispatch advised that there was an alert behind the complainant’s name that he needed to be issued a trespass warning for 101 Miller Drive, Brownwood Nursing and Rehab. The trespass warning was issued to the complainant.
*Bangs Police arrested Jessica Kline of Bangs on charges of Class C Assault.
