Thursday, December 19
*9:56 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of E. Adams Street, the Lehnis Railroad Museum, regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, a sign on the property was damaged.
Monday, December 23
*10:15 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Center Avenue where a criminal trespass warning was issued to a tenant who had been evicted as requested by the complainant.
*20-year-old Taylor Paige Dodson of Coleman turned herself in on a Taylor County warrant related to burglary of a habitation.
*Brownwood Police arrested 51-year-old Steven Trevino Hernandez on a warrant for a parole violation.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Jessica Diane Ross of Bastrop on a surety withdrawal related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2. Ross is being held at the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Tuesday, December 24
*12:24 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of 1st Street regarding domestic violence. According to the report, an investigation led to the arrest of 33-year-old Courtney Elmore for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*10:49 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding two unwanted people at the location. According to the report, the two subjects were each issued a trespass warning for the address.
*1:35 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street, the House of Wheels, regarding the theft of a go cart valued at $1726.59. No suspect information was available at the time of the report.
*5:44 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of theft. According to the report, a wallet had been stolen from the complainant’s purse while she was waiting to be helped by service desk personnel at Wal-Mart.
*Brownwood Police arrested 63-year-old Robert Lee Danner of May for public intoxication.
Wednesday, December 25
*7:33 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, a female subject was at the complainant’s apartment “causing problems.” This call led to the issuance of a trespass warning being issued to the female subject.
* Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Justin Bradley Waddle of May for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
