Monday, December 22

*10:33 AM – Brownwood Police responded to Walmart regarding a criminal trespass.  According to the report a subject identified as 33-year-old Alexis Rodriguez of Brownwood had an active trespass warning for the address and was located.  Rodriguez was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

*2:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of W. Commerce, East Palace Mongolian Restaurant, regarding theft.  According to the report, the manager stated that a female and her family did not pay for their food on December 21, 2014.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Anthony James Garcia, Sr. of Austin related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.

Tuesday, December 23

*2:48 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of W. Commerce regarding disorderly conduct.  This call led to criminal trespass warnings being issued to three subjects.

*1:21 PM – Brownwood Police responded a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Beaver Street.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*3:13 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Walmart regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her credit/debit card was stolen.  A possible suspect was named and the complainant wished to pursue charges, the report states.

*3:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Indian Creek regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, someone had damaged the doors on two storage units in what appeared to be an attempt to break into the units.

*5:01 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of 16th Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a relative had stolen his Samsung tablet 3 and had pawned it at EZ Pawn.  The complainant wished to pursue charges, the report states.

*10:21 PM – A Brownwood Police officer was patrolling on Lakeway Drive when he observed a pickup traveling north at 40 mph in a 35 mph zone.  According to the report, the pickup also failed to stop at a stop sign at Lakeway and Belle Plain Street.   A traffic stop was made which resulted in the arrest of 35-year-old Anselmo Landeros for driving while intoxicated second offense and evading arrest/detention, the report states.
