Law enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, December 21, 2011.

 Monday, December 19

*1:06pm-Brownwod Police were called to the 200 block of W. Commerce regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown subject had broken into her car and stolen her credit cards. 

*6:00pm-Brownwood Police made contact with the complainant by telephone regarding telephone harassment.  Officers also met with the female half of the incident regarding interfere with child custody and a copy of the court records were obtained.

Tuesday, December 20

*12:03pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 100 block of Fisk Avenue regarding theft.  According to the report, the reporting party who is also an employee of the business stated that he caught three juveniles attempting to steal a raccoon mouth call, valued at $14.99.  No criminal charges were filed; however, the juveniles were issued criminal trespass warnings.

*8:02pm-Brownwood Police responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of Avenue J.  Dispatch advised officers that the female involved was outside waiting for officers and the male half of the disturbance was inside the house, the report states.  According to police, the male fled out the back door of the residence prior to their arrival.   This call led to the arrest of 30-year-old Clinton Ray Watson for Assault with Injury Family Violence.

*9:11pm-Brownwood Police officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Austin Avenue, Coggin Park regarding littering.  According to the report, complaints from several witnesses reported that several people in a black Chevy Tahoe were throwing trash out the windows at passing vehicles and pedestrians.  This call led to citations being issued to the five teenage males.

*10:50pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Avenue G regarding a juvenile problem.   According to the report, the complainant’s 17-year-old son was issued a criminal trespass warning for the residence.

*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Steven Pinkard after a warrant was issued for his arrest based on his recent indictment by the Grand Jury.  Pinkard is charged with Indecency with Child Sexual Contact and is currently being held in the Brown County Jail on $50,000 bond.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
