Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, December 20, 2011.

Monday, December 19

*8:26pm-Brownwood Police were called to 2601 Crockett Drive, Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding the burglary of a vehicle.   According to the report, the complainant stated that the front passenger side window was broken out of her vehicle and items including $328 in cash, a debit card and a purse were taken out of the vehicle.  While he was at this call, the officer received a report of another vehicle was burglarized and a make-up bag was stolen which contained make-up the report states.  These calls led to the arrest of 29-year-old Adam Joshua Lucier for two counts of Burglary of a Vehicle.

*6:51am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of 11th Street regarding found property.  According to the report, the complainant reported a Christmas ornament was left in his yard.  The ornament was collected.

*9:02am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Belle Plain regarding a burglary that had occurred.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone stole her medication which was located inside her residence.

*9:12am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Avenue E regarding the violation of a protective order.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect had been in contact with the person named in the order, which is a violation of the court order.

*11:10am-Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a possible “scam”.  According to the report, the complainant explained that a subject came to her residence asking for $3000 to enter a card tournament.  The complainant believes that the subject may have her identifying information and requested that the incident be documented in the event of any future problems, the report states.

*11:14am-Brownwood Police responded to the report of an assault with injury in the 1500 block of Austin Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant was assaulted by a known suspect. 

*3:05pm-Brownwood Police met a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a stolen wallet.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he lost the wallet at Coggin Park and when he returned to locate the wallet, it was gone.  The wallet contained all of the complainant’s personal identifying information, the report states.

*3:23pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Custer Road regarding an employee theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a former employee of the company had been terminated due to an unexcused absence from work and that the last time the former employee had been to work was October 24, 2011.  The employee was still in possession of company property valued at $445.65.  An investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, December 20

*12:14am-Brown County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a stop on a vehicle for failing to signal a turn from McDonald Drive onto Early Blvd.  Investigation determined the driver to be intoxicated and dispatch provided information that the driver, 44-year-old Printis Dominguez, had two prior arrests for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor in Colorado.  Dominguez was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd.  Because this was a third degree felony arrest, Dominguez was required to give a mandatory blood sample which was taken at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
