Thursday January 21

*8:45 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of 13th Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, two firearms were stolen from the residence.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*1:48 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3100 block of Asbury regarding three suspicious males in a vehicle.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of the driver, identified as 20-year-old Forrist Lee Pierce of Brownwood, for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*3:07 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding an assault by threat.  According to the victim, an acquaintance had threatened him.

*3:17 PM – Brownwood Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 3rd Street and Avenue E.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of one of the drivers, identified as Rosetta Ivery of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*6:53 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Victoria Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, an investigation is ongoing.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched regarding Credit Card Abuse.  According to the report, the victim reported a charge, which had been made on his credit card in the amount of $1200, at an Apple online store by using his credit card number.

*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old James Campbell of Brownwood on warrants related to expired motor vehicle inspection, expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, no driver’s license and violate promise to appear.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Dalton Thomas Deleon of Brownwood as the result of a warrant search at a residence on Avenue I.  A felony amount of marijuana and other narcotics were found during the search and Deleon was subsequently arrested charged with possession of marijuana equal or greater than 4 ounces less than 5 pounds, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 equal or greater than 28 grams less than 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Jennifer Nichole Fenton of Early for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant search at a local apartment complex which resulted in the arrest of two men.  According to the BCSO jail log, 31-year-old Joseph Lee Ferguson of Early was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, and possession of marijuana.  33-year-old Bryan Paul Hosch of Brownwood was also arrested, charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*Early Police arrested 23-year-old Ashley Lynn Franklin-Fulcher of Brownwood for public intoxication.

*Brownwood Police arrested 44-year-old Cathy Ann Knight of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Anthony Thomas Lumpkin of Bedford, Texas on a warrant related to bail jumping – failure to appear/engaging in criminal activity.  Lumpkin was being held in the Brown County Jail on $60,000 bond as of Friday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old James Alan Missik of Brownwood on warrants related to two counts of burglary of a vehicle and a parole violation.

*26-year-old Anthony Michael Tibbitts of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to continuous violence against family member.
