Tuesday, January 20
*12:29 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of 9th Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant stated that their vehicle was broken into during the overnight hours and property removed. The investigation is ongoing, the report states.
Wednesday, January 21
*Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of 14th Street regarding theft of property. According to the report, a Miller stick welder valued at $1000 was taken from the property. An investigation is ongoing regarding the incident.
*10:20 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of theft and unauthorized use of a debit/credit card. According to the report, the victim provided information concerning the account and locations where the card had been used fraudulently. The investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Kevin David Bond of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 2 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Bond was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Patrick Gerard Boutelle of Brownwood for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 42-year-old Anthony Bird of Early for driving while intoxicated.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Adam Raymond Castillo of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
*Brownwood Police arrested 32-year-old Joe Dell Knowles of Brownwood regarding assault family violence with previous conviction and criminal mischief equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*30-year-old James Sherman Little of Brownwood turned himself in on warrants related to three counts of motion to revoke/endangering a child and motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Roman Angel Mendez of Abilene on a warrant related to motion to revoke burglary of a habitation.
Thursday, January 22
*12:00 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room regarding disorderly conduct. A highly intoxicated subject had been brought into the ER earlier in the morning and was becoming violent with the nurses, according to the report. This call led to the arrest of 34-year-old Timothy Gatliff of Brownwood for public intoxication.
*Brownwood Police arrested 30-year-old Robert Salinas Diaz of Brownwood for public intoxication.
