Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, December 14, 2010.
Monday, December 13
*2:40pm-A Brownwood Police officer conducted a pedestrian stop on three subjects in the 1000 block of Avenue C. The stop was due to the subjects walking in the street. During the stop, one male who was identified as 27-year-old Juan Carlos Deleon was found to be in possession of marijuana. Deleon was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2oz in a Drug Free Zone. The other two were released at the scene.
*9:12pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Melwood regarding theft. Further information on scene led to the investigation of a stolen wallet.
Tuesday, December 14
*1:24am-Brownwood Police were called to a local restaurant in the 400 block of E. Commerce regarding a male subject requesting medical attention for dehydration. Upon officer’s arrival, the male subject was identified as a suspect male that officers were called about earlier at Kroger. The male was issued a trespass warning at the manager’s request.
*1:41am-Brownwood Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Avenue I. After investigation was completed, two individuals, identified as 34-year-old Jason Jerry Fleming of Rising Star and 20-year-old Chase Tyler Worsham were arrested for Assault with Injury Family Violence
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
