*7:42 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of gunshots heard in the area of the 2500 block of Durham Avenue. An incident of deadly conduct had occurred and was documented, the report states.
Wednesday, December 9
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Kenneth Glenn Armstrong of Dallas for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 equal or less than 28 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and possession of drug paraphernalia.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 26-year-old Katrisha Burns of Brownwood on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 in a drug free zone. Burns was released on $10,000 bond as of Thursday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Troy Lee Covington of Fort Worth on a warrant related to delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Covington was being held in the Brown County jail on $40,000 bond as of Thursday morning.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old John Richard Demyan III of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/theft by check equal or greater than $20 less than $50.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Terrance Lynn Maxey of Philadelphia, Mississippi on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft greater than $1500 less than $20,000.
*44-year-old Clarence Leon McDowell, Jr. was arrested on a warrant related to possession of marijuana in a drug free zone/30 years TDCJ.
*24-year-old Frankie Steven Salazar of Brownwood was arrested on warrants related to tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and motion to adjudicate possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Salazar was released on bonds totaling $25,000.
