Tuesday, January 19

*10:41 A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the AT&T cell tower, located on Oak Hill Road in Brookesmith, TX, regarding the theft of copper wire.  According to the report, the deputy learned that approximately 3-runs of 24-strand copper wiring had been cut from the cell tower site and removed.

Wednesday, January 20

*7:56 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant/victim who stated her renter had stolen her debit card and used it without her consent.  The victim wishes to pursue criminal charges and the incident has been documented, the report states.

*12:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 8th Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, a female victim had allegedly been assaulted by her ex-husband.

*2:10 PM – While the Brownwood High School resource officer was on duty, he was called outside of the building where he was told that a student was “just thrown down.”  According to the report, the officer came out of his office to investigate and observed one juvenile male sitting on the ground leaning backward on his hands.  During the investigation the officer also saw another juvenile male kick the other male, who was sitting on the ground, in the neck.  The suspect juvenile was taken into custody for assault, processed at Brownwood Police Department and then taken to the juvenile detention center.

*2:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a hit and run accident in the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue.  According to the report, the accident was believed to have occurred at approximately 1:00 p.m.

*9:13 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of 13th Street and Avenue B.  According to the report, drug paraphernalia was located and the driver was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

*9:34 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Fisk Avenue regarding trespassing.  According to the report, a witness stated that they observed five females enter the vacant multi-story building.  The females were located inside the building and are listed as suspects for trespassing and graffiti, the report states.  The officer was unable to make contact with the owner of the building, according to the report.

*10:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, a pistol had been stolen from the vehicle.

*Brownwood Police arrested 65-year-old Helen Joyce Edwards, AKA Helen Joyce Hearder, of Brownwood for driving while license invalid.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Ethan Caleb Enriquez of Brownwood on warrants related to two counts of sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.  Enriquez was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $110,000.

*21-year-old Dylan Blaiz Hodge of Del Valle, Texas was arrested on a warrant related to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56-year-old Gerald Rutherford Holloway, Jr. of Brownwood on a warrant related to unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Donald Allan McCullough of Brownwood on warrants related to the burglary of a building and the burglary of a vehicle.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old Randall Lee Perry of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft.
