*2:09am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Avenue B regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle. According to the report, the suspect had left behind a bicycle and a cell phone at the scene. Dispatch advised that a laptop was stolen in the burglary, the report states. This call led to the arrest of 19-year-old Tasia Webb for burglary of a vehicle and filing a false report to a police officer. The stolen items were recovered and returned to the owner.
*7:10am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Slayden, the Brownwood High School parking lot, regarding a child who had a BB gun in his backpack. According to the report, the gun was located and found to be an air soft gun with an orange tip. The juvenile’s mother was contacted and the gun was taken to the police department where it was logged into the property room.
*9:06am-Brownwood Police were called to the 800 block of 1st Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a female victim had been assaulted by her common law spouse in the early morning hours; however failed to report the incident at that time. The male had since left the residence, the report states. There were no visible injuries detected; however the female was provided with options and the incident documented.*4:54pm-Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding the theft of a window air conditioning unit. According to the report, a suspect has been identified.
*9:26pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Greenleaf regarding a domestic disturbance involving a male subject assaulting a female at the address. Upon investigation, it was determined that the male, identified as 29-year-old Scott Teamus Keith, had assaulted a female at the residence, the report states. Keith was subsequently arrested for assault with injury family violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Bo Earl Blair for driving while intoxicated with open container of alcohol.
