Tuesday, November 5

*9:00 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the area of Circle P Heights regarding the burglary of a building which had occurred during the night.  According to the report, the complainant stated that 6 batteries had been taken out of his golf cart, which is parked in the barn at the property.

Wednesday, November 6

*8:26 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding an unsecured storage building.  According to the report, 13 of the storage units had been burglarized during the night.

*9:25 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Main Street, the parole office, regarding a subject falsifying a drug test.  During the call, a parolee was found to have used synthetic urine to falsify drug test results.  The parolee, identified as Tabatha Lee Hyles was arrested for falsification of drug test results, a Class B misdemeanor.

*1:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft.  According to the report, a juvenile male was detained for shoplifting and was found to have stolen two knives from the store.  The juvenile was arrested and taken to the juvenile detention center.

*2:55 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of W. Commerce in reference to suspicious circumstances.  During the investigation, the suspect was identified and evidence was collected.  A report was filed for theft by check and further investigation is pending, the report states.

*5:28 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart regarding theft.  According to the report,  asset protection employees detained  17-year-old Nikky Robles for theft.   The report states Robles was observed attempting to leave the store with $299.21 in merchandise she had not purchased.  Robles was arrested and charged with theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 21-year-old Sarah Danielle Hickmott for theft of property greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brownwood Police arrested 55-year-old Billy Knight on a warrant for a parole violation.

*22-year-old Travis Joseph Lawson turned himself in on multiple warrants related to failure to appear/possession of marijuana in a drug free zone, three counts of failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility, unsafe speed, and open container.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Anna Strathy McClain of Joshua on an indictment for motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 22-year-old Hope Michelle Ogden on a warrant for theft of property.

*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old Timothy James Savell on an indictment for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
