Wednesday, January 14

*11:10 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of 11th Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her son’s girlfriend stole his wallet.  The reporting party’s son was currently located at the Brown County Jail, the report states.

*4:02 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Elizabeth regarding theft.

*4:51 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence in the 1600 block of 2nd Street regarding a drugs/narcotics investigation.  During the investigation, officers seized a suspected controlled substance, the report states.  The investigation surrounding this incident is ongoing and arrests are anticipated at its conclusion, according to the report.

Thursday, January 15

*10:32 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Vincent Street regarding trespassing.  According to the report, the suspect entered a vacant residence after being issued a criminal trespass warning for the property.

*11:09 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of W. Commerce where they met with a complainant regarding harassment.  This call led to evidence of a felon possessing a firearm, the report states.

*11:42 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center.  The complainant reported that a known subject had stolen a heater from his rental property located in the 1100 block of Irma.

*4:56 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding an intoxicated person at Ben Lednicky Park.  A male suspect, identified as 57-year-old Danny Lyons of Rising Star, was located and determined to be intoxicated.  Lyons was subsequently arrested for public intoxication.

*5:32 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Phillips Street regarding the theft of medication.  The incident is under investigation the report states.

*7:00 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Walmart regarding theft.  This call led to the issuance of citations to two subjects for theft less than $50.

*11:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of Victoria regarding an unwanted person.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 64-year-old Robert Lee Danner of May for public intoxication.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Christopher Allen of Brownwood for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Buddy Eugene Allgood of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.

*Early Police arrested 22-year-old Neil Ray Bingham of Early for public intoxication.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Christopher Ray Delarosa of Goldthwaite on a warrant related to motion to revoke/abandon endanger child and motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.

*Brown County sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Aimee Denise Mayes of Brownwood for theft of property by check $1000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jessica Dawn Netherton of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.

Friday, January 16

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop in the area of US Hwy 377 and Nottingham Oaks Lane.  According to the report, during the stop, the deputy made a probable cause search due to the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.  Marijuana residue and drug paraphernalia were located inside the car during the search.  The driver, identified as 21-year-old Allen Wayne Foust was arrested for possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Brianna Nicole Torres of Bangs for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
