*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who stated that a known subject had stopped his pickup on the Old Comanche Road and watched her walk into the mall around 8:15 a.m.  When the complainant saw the suspect watching her, she took a video with her cell phone as evidence, the report states.  According to the report, this is an ongoing situation and the complainant stated that she is in fear of his life.

*8:03 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area Elm Oak Drive regarding theft of copper and other various tools.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two of his former employees, who were identified, had taken approximately 300 pounds of copper wire, 200 pounds of aluminum, 50 pounds of steel and various tools.

*7:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft of property.  According to the report, a female subject was observed attempting to leave the store without paying for merchandise.  The female, identified as Kelli D’Ann Spurgeon was arrested and charged with theft of property equal or greater than $50 and less than $500.  Items stolen included men’s jeans, a purse, cosmetics, hair products, a cleaning sponge, and a three drawer cart, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Jimmy Lee Dudley, Jr. on a warrant for assault family/house member/impede breath/circulation.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Yolanda Yvonne Ford for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
