Monday, November 2
*5:06 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the area of Coggin and Austin Avenues regarding a subject who was following his girlfriend and claimed she had just burglarized his residence. The investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Big Hill Drive regarding an unwanted person. According to the report, the subject was located and subsequently issued a trespass warning.
Tuesday, November 3
*6:47 PM – Brownwood Police met a complainant regarding the theft of a motor vehicle.
*8:03 PM – Brownwood Police responded to a civil matter in the 1000 block of 1st Street. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 26-year-old Nolberto Martinez, Jr. of Brownwood for violation of a protective order.
*8:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center Emergency Room regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 40-year-old Theodore Lindsey Swanson of Brownwood for disorderly conduct by loud and profane language.*11:53 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, three unknown male suspects stole items and fled from the store in a vehicle.
*Early Police arrested Jeffrey Paul Douglas of Spring Lake on a Midland County warrant related to motion to revoke/assault family violence – occlusion.
*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Gabrielle Victoria Martin of Brownwood on warrants related to two counts of theft of property by check.
*34-year-old McAndrew Norman turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/delivery of marijuana.
Wednesday, November 4
*1:33 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1700 block of Good Shepherd Drive regarding an assault. According to the report, the incident is pending further investigation.
*4:55 AM – Brownwood Police were on patrol when they noticed a 4 x 2 hole in a board used to cover a window in the Sid Rich building located in the 200 block of Fisk Avenue. The key holder was contacted and no charges have been filed at this time for criminal mischief.
*Early Police arrested 29-year-old Maria Consepcion Gamez of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.
