Friday, November 1
*6:36 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 4200 block of US 377 South regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant believed someone had poured sugar into her vehicle’s gas tank.
*8:36 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3400 block of Milam Drive regarding a stolen vehicle. According to the report, a vehicle had been stolen from the property. The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.
*10:12 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of 12th Street regarding criminal mischief. A window on the south side of the complainant’s home had been damaged, the report states.
*12:48 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 600 block of Carnegie Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 45-year-old Tina Louise Rabern for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*1:05 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of N. Main Blvd. regarding theft. According to the report, a bus axle had been stolen from the complainant’s property within the last week.
*1:24 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding the theft of property. According to the report, a subject had been detained for shoplifting. The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Timothy Lee Butcher, was arrested and charged with theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*2:56 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1700 block of Durham Avenue regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant stated that the vehicle’s CD player was stolen.
*7:00 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room regarding an assault. According to the report, the victim was “highly intoxicated” and unable to provide necessary information to fully complete an incident report. The victim was advised on necessary follow up required to adequately investigate the offense, the report states.
*7:39 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant stated after parking his vehicle in the store’s parking lot, he returned to the vehicle to find the back windshield shattered. Nothing was found to be missing from the vehicle during the initial investigation, the report states.
*9:25 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding a runaway juvenile.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Clayton Douglas Bounds on warrants related to motion to adjudicate/delivery of marijuana in a drug free zone, motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and motion to adjudicate possession of marijuana. Bounds was being held at the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $150,000 as of Monday morning.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 61-year-old Jimmie L. Crelia on a warrant for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 42-year-old Travis Glenn Curry on a warrant related to theft by check.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 20-year-old Taylor Paige Dodson of Coleman for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 greater or equal to 28 grams less than 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Marcus Daniel Gray on warrants related to burglary of a habitation (Mills County), driving while license invalid/failure to maintain financial responsibility (Brown County), and driving while license invalid with previous conviction (Brown County).
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Jessica Ann Perkins on a parole warrant.
Saturday, November 2
*1:50 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding credit/debit card abuse. According to the report, the complainant’s credit/debit card had been used without the proper authorization. A suspect has been identified and the incident is pending further investigation, the report states.
*2:28 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of identity theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had used her name and date of birth at the Comanche Hospital.
*3:01 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Savoy Drive regarding a verbal dispute. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 17-year-old Elijah Ray Jones for interfere with public duties and resist arrest search or transport.
*3:01 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 3700 block of Savoy Drive regarding a verbal argument between a mother and a daughter over money. According to the report, the argument involved damaged property, theft of medication, theft of cash and possible debit/credit card abuse.
*4:44 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, the loss prevention department advised that they had observed and then detained a subject for theft. The subject was issued a citation for theft less than fifty dollars and then released.
*9:12 PM – A Brownwood Police officer was patrolling the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue when he recognized a juvenile that was reported as a runaway. When the officer made contact with the juvenile, identified as 17-year-old Skylour Admire, he advised that he was going to take him home. Before placing him in the patrol unit, the officer advised that he would need to search Admire, who then became very hesitant and attempted to assist in the search, the report states. The officer found a small plastic baggie with green leafy substance that would be consistent with marijuana, according to the officer. Admire was then placed under arrest for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 50-year-old Duan Stephon Davis of Austin for violation of a protective order.
Sunday, November 3
*12:04 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious person at a residence on 4th Street in Blanket. According to the report, the complainant stated that the known suspect, who she did not know very well, had walked into her residence without her consent and scared her. She stated that she did not want the subject back on her property, the report states.
*11:07 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Avenue B regarding the theft of property. According to the report, the complainant stated that she had property stolen from her residence.
*11:09 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Maple Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that she wished to pursue charges against a known subject for stealing approximately $2000.00 worth of western clothing.
*1:53 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Savoy Drive regarding a civil standby. According to the report, a subject on scene advised that her son had been assaulted.
*2:40 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of N. Greenleaf regarding a civil matter. According to the report, while addressing the civil matter, allegations of assault were made by multiple parties. An investigation of the incident is pending.
*Early Police arrested 57-year-old Margarito G. Alvarado of Austin on a Travis County warrant related to driving while license invalid.
Monday, November 4
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50-year-old Juan Gonzales of Uvalde on an Edwards County warrant for motion to revoke/possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.
*Early Police arrested 21-year-old Braeden Steward of Early for possession of marijuana less than or equal to 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
