Monday, November 2
*4:45 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the intersection of Cordell and Hall Street regarding a juvenile problem. According to the report, information was gathered and the juveniles were released to their parents.
*8:35 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy, while investigating a suspicious vehicle, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle which had a male passenger known to have warrants. According to the report, the female driver, identified as 43-year-old Misty Berryhill Pierce of Brownwood, was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and with multiple convictions of no insurance. Pierce was arrested for driving while license suspended with previous convictions/suspension/without financial responsibility.
*5:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Campa Drive regarding criminal mischief and a burglary of a habitation.
*5:41 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence in the area of County Road 471 regarding a domestic disturbance between relatives. The victim was reluctant to press charges and both parties had separated, according to the report.
*10:41 PM – Brownwood Police were performing an investigation in the 1300 block of Campa Drive when it was discovered that another offense had occurred, unlawful possession of a firearm by felon.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Clifton Cory Bagley of San Saba on San Saba County warrants related to forgery and a parole warrant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Karl Brian King of Fort Worth on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/aggravated assault. King was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Lindsey Nicole Laminack of Gorman on a warrant related to failure to appear/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams in a drug free zone.
*Brownwood Police arrested 45-year-old James Paul Nix of Brownwood for burglary of a habitation intend other felony and reckless driving.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Robert William Rhea of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
Tuesday, November 3
*Early Police arrested 19-year-old John Mobley of Comanche for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
