Monday, November 24

*8:58 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of 8th Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, a wallet containing debit and credit cards, $120 cash and personal identification was taken in the incident.

*10:27 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.

*12:11 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Avenue E regarding an expired registration.  This stop led to the arrest of Mark Crawford for driving while license invalid with prior convictions.

*1:08 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of 7th Street regarding fraud/forgery.

*2:11 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Calvert regarding an assault at the Brownwood Middle School.  A juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.

*4:01 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding harassment.  According to the report, the officer gave both subjects options in reference to a civil issue involving a vehicle.

*4:14 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Magnolia regarding an assault.  According to the report, the resident and complainant stated that a female who had just broken up with her girlfriend, identified as 21-year-old Tasia Antoinette Webb of Brownwood.  The female was staying with a male friend temporarily, the report states.  Webb along with another person came to the apartment to talk to the female; however, the male stated that the female did not want to see Webb, the report states.   Webb became angry and drove her car onto the porch where the male was standing and broke the pillar on the porch, drove over two bicycles and struck a neighboring fence, according to the report.  The vehicle became stuck on the fence and would not move into reverse, according to witnesses on scene, and Webb fled on foot.  The vehicle was towed and the other person who arrived with Webb took possession of Webb’s dog.  Webb was located and arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

*5:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Apache Court regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  A checkbook was taken from a vehicle while it was parked at another residence in south Brownwood, according to the report.

*6:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Vine Street regarding domestic violence.  This call led to the arrest of 49-year-old Joseph Stephen Priester of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a pedal paddle boat.  According to the report, the boat was located in an unlocked shed behind the house and was valued at $100.  The complainant does not remember when he last saw the paddle boat, but believes it was stolen within the last two months, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Bridget King of San Angelo on three warrants related to motion to adjudicate/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old David Anthony Moreno of two Brownwood on warrants.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55-year-old Mark Allen Sain AKA Rex Gerard Breed of Amarillo on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
