Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, November 23, 2010.
Monday, November 22
*1:01pm-A complainant came to the Brown County Sheriff’s office to report a theft. The complainant stated that someone had stolen a front guard bumper that had been located beside a storage shed on his property the report states. No arrest had been made at the time of the report; however, if a suspect is found, the complainant wished to pursue charges.
*6:16pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Center Avenue regarding a report of harassment. According to the report the complainant stated that a known suspect had called her phone to relay messages to the complainant’s brother. The complainant stated that during the phone call, the woman threatened the complainant’s brother the report states.
*7:15pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 2200 block of Belmeade regarding a theft of a digital surveillance camera. The officer spoke with the complainant and was provided names of possible suspects the report states. The camera is valued at approximately $80.
*Brownwood Police arrested 54-year-old Jerry Joe Kittley for Driving While Intoxicated and Duty on Striking Unattended Vehicle.
Tuesday, November 23
*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy spoke with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding the theft of 15 sets of snack trays and cups which occurred around the first of this year. According to the report the complainant stated the name of a possible suspect who had been around during the holidays with her family and had asked many questions about the dishes and other items during that time.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
