Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, November 18, 2010 and Friday, November 19, 2010.
Sunday, November 14
*4:04pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Melwood regarding the theft of a bicycle. According to the report the complainant stated that the bicycle was stolen from his back yard and was valued at $100.
*6:17pm-Brownwood Police received a report from an out of town complainant who stated that they were receiving threats by phone from a Brownwood residence. The report states that information gathered did not lead to an offense being committed at this time; however, an informational report was filed.
Wednesday, November 17
*9:44pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Coggin, a local convenience store, regarding theft. According to the report an employee/witness stated that a male entered the store and stole beer. The suspect was identified and later located the report states. He was issued a trespass restriction for the store property and a citation for theft less than $50.
Thursday, November 18
*8:23am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Maple Street regarding a theft of a 3-wheeler. According to the report the complainant stated that her grandson’s 3-wheeler had been stolen during the night. The vehicle was valued at approximately $800 the report states.
*12:17am-Brownwood Police were called to the intersection of Fisk and Austin Avenue regarding a one vehicle accident. Upon investigation the driver was believed to be intoxicated the report states. The driver who was identified as 29-year-old Jennifer Loraine Crader was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
*10:22pm-Brownwood Police responded to a fight near the intersection of 14th Street and Avenue C. The complainant chose to file criminal trespass warnings against three subjects that had come onto his property according to the report.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
