Thursday, November 14

*11:40 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a civil matter at a property on Hwy 183N.  According to the report, the complainant advised that his stepson had stolen some scrap metal off of his property and that he wanted to pursue charges for the theft.

Friday, November 15

*9:09 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the report of terroristic threat in the 1200 block of 8th Street.  According to the report, after an investigation, the complainant and an eye witness advised that the suspect attempted to run the complainant over with a vehicle.  Further investigation is pending, the report states.

*11:47 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of 8th Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a male subject was found to have been assaulted by his wife.  48-year-old Pamela Cooley Hillhouse was arrested and charged with assault with injury family violence and interfere with an emergency telephone call.

*11:51 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of E. Commerce, Classic Liquor, regarding theft.  According to the report, the call led to the arrest of 21-year-old Charles Devlyn Dyess for the offense of theft less than $1500, 2 or more previous convictions. Stolen was a bottle of liquor valued at $24.99.

*11:59 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 800 block of W. Commerce, a north Brownwood business, regarding an assault and theft.  The incidents are being further investigated according to the report.

*12:38 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of Sunrise Drive in Early, Early Middle School, regarding the  online solicitation of a minor.  Evidence was gathered and the incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*1:15 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Center Avenue regarding an unwanted person causing problems and destroying property.  This call for service led to the arrest of 60-year-old Clois Daniel Jackson for failure to identify.

*1:31 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the area of 4th and Stewart Streets regarding a hit and run accident.  The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*2:10 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3700 block of US Hwy 377 South regarding a hit and run accident.   The incident is pending further investigation.

*5:50 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Avenue B regarding the theft of an Australian mix puppy.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a suspect(s) had taken the dog from an enclosed fence without the owner’s permission, with the intent of depriving them of the dog.

*9:34 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Commerce Street regarding harassment.  A report for theft of service less than $20 was taken and a criminal trespass warning was issued to the suspect in the theft.

*10:22 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2300 block of Belle Plain regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that four firearms and one pellet rifle had been stolen and provided possible suspect information.

*11:15 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of LaMonte Drive regarding an animal complaint.  According to the report, the complainant reported that their dog was attacked by the neighbor’s dogs.  Charges are being filed the report states.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 18-year-old Cheyenne Dakota Batt on warrants related to theft and failure to appear.

*Brownwood Police arrested 35-year-old Billy Joe Brummett for theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 26-year-old Tiffany Nicole Daniel on a warrant related to motion to revoke/assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*A TYC officer arrested 18-year-old Bridget Gonzales for assault public servant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Tracy Lee Kunkel of Odessa on a warrant for motion to revoke/unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Charles Thomas Mason on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/tamper fabricate physical evidence.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old William Hugh Wilson, Jr. on warrants related to 5th failure to appear/driving while license invalid (Brown County) and criminal mischief (San Saba County).

Saturday, November 16

*2:00 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding harassment.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he had been threatened by a former employee with a handgun.  An investigation is underway, the report states.

*7:42 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Commerce, Dollar General, regarding harassment.  According to the report, a male subject was found to have been harassing a female employee at the business.  The male was located and issued a criminal trespass warning for the property.

*1:15 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Commerce regarding terroristic threat.  According to the report, a male subject was upset about his service being disconnected and made a threat to an AT&T employee via telephone.  The incident was documented, the report states.

*1:49 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Austin Avenue, Brookshire’s grocery store, regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he saw a female subject exit the store with merchandise concealed in her purse.  The female was issued a citation for theft less than $50 and a criminal trespass warning issued at the request of management, the report states.

*1:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding an accident.    According to the report, after an investigation, the driver identified as 40-year-old Kelli Dawn Chandler was driving while intoxicated.   Chandler was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and arrested, charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

*3:34 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her vehicle was vandalized while parked at the Wal-Mart parking lot.  A suspect has been identified according to the report.

*6:02 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was informed by dispatch of a 911 call received with a woman and a man arguing and that there was lots of yelling.  Contact was made with a witness who stated that the man and a woman had gotten into a verbal argument and that he had made them leave the property on County Road 551.  The woman was located at Corina’s restaurant and she explained that the argument started when she went to the residence to get her clothes, and the man had allegedly pushed her in the chest causing her to fall against the wall causing her pain.  She stated that he had also gotten on her and told her that “if the cops were called she wouldn’t make it,” the report states.  She then left the residence and did not know where the male could be located.

*6:32 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 100 block of Market Place Drive regarding an intoxicated subject.  This call led to the arrest of 21-year-old Charles Devlyn Dyess, the report states.

*10:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding a runaway juvenile.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Adrian Isaac Castillo on a warrant related to motion to revoke/assault causes bodily injury.

Sunday, November 17

*3:19 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of 7th Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her boyfriend’s ex-wife came to the complainant’s residence and assaulted her.

*7:43 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the1300 block of Brady Avenue regarding a hit and run.  According to the report, the complainant’s vehicle had been struck sometime during the night.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on W. Main Blvd regarding an assault.  According to the report, the female victim stated that she answered the front door after a male subject had knocked on her window.  The male asked her if she was going to be with him and he grabbed her arm causing a minor scratch, then slapped her prior to running away after she stated she was going to call the police, the report states.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Timothy Scott Barrow on a Kimble County warrant related to a probation violation/burglary of a vehicle.

*Early Police arrested 32-year-old Jonathan Michael Evett for driving while intoxicated and on a warrant for theft of services equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 29-year-old Lorreta Junnel Little for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/without financial responsibility.
