Monday, November 16
*10:34 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding a dispute between roommates at an apartment complex. This call led to the arrest of 23-year-old Mathew Gonzalez of Brownwood on a Taylor County warrant for possession of marijuana and for failure to identify fugitive the report states.
*12:40 PM – Brownwood Police met a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding possible embezzlement which was occurring at a local hotel.
*2:29 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, an investigation led to the female suspect being issued a citation for theft less than $100.
*3:15 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a property on County Road 691 regarding a possible burglary in progress. According to the report, the complainant, who was not at home, had received a call from her children that a male subject was sitting outside the house. The children left the house and went to a neighbor’s home, the report states. BCSO deputies checked the house upon arrival and found the male subject, identified as 48-year-old Clayton Dale Wilkins of Blanket, inside the residence taking a bath, according to the report. Wilkins was arrested for criminal trespass of a habitation and he was issued a criminal trespass warning, according to the report.*7:07 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft at a local motel. According to the report, the complainant stated that he had gone to work and realized he left his wallet in the hotel room. When he returned, the wallet was still in the room; however, $180 was missing from inside the wallet, the report states. Nothing else was missing from the room, according to the deputy’s report.
*10:14 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue regarding an alarm call at a local bank. An investigation determined a criminal offense had occurred. The incident is pending further investigation, according to police.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Shiloh A. Gomez of Lubbock on a warrant related to harassment of public servant.
*57-year-old Lanette Faun Chrane Harlow of Blanket turned herself in on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check enhanced.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Evlyn Kathryn Kelly, AKA Kitten Kelly, of Brownwood on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal/possession of a controlled substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Holly Rudene Hudson McKee of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*Brownwood Police arrested 46-year-old Daniel Quintanilla of Brownwood on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Quintanilla was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.
