Saturday, November 9
*10:20 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on FM 2940 regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the complainant stated that $1500 worth of various tools and fishing equipment had been stolen from the inside of his residence. The complainant wished to pursue charges against the suspect(s), if located, for burglary of a habitation, the report states.
Sunday, November 10
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on County Road 606 regarding an assault. According to the report, a female complainant stated that a known male had assaulted her while she was at his residence.
Tuesday, November 12
*10:33 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Bluffview regarding a domestic disturbance. As a result of this call, 19-year-old Sebastine Polega of Whitney was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*10:37 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of 14th Street regarding the burglary of a building. According to the report, several storage units at the location had been burglarized.
*12:55 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1700 block of Magnolia regarding an assault. According to the report, a female had allegedly pulled out a knife and threatened a male subject. Both parties were spoken to and separated prior to the officer’s departure, the report states. The incident was documented.
*3:26 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of Joseph 41-year-old Nicholas Castaneda, Jr. for theft.
*4:11 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Bluffview regarding a juvenile problem. Upon arrival, officers met with the juveniles and their parents and the incident is pending further investigation.
*5:36 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of W. Main Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy stopped to check the welfare of a driver on FM 2126, who after passing the deputy’s patrol car, pulled to the side of the road and turned off the vehicle’s headlights. After further investigation, the driver of the vehicle, identified as 34-year-old Michael Lee Kemmitz of Brooksmith was arrested for driving while intoxicated 2nd.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 25-year-old William Brayden Daniel on a warrant for theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55-year-old Timmy Denbow on a warrant for a parole violation.
*33-year-old David E. Garcia was arrested on a warrant for theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
