Monday, November 10

*4:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 12th Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a female subject stole 109 hydrocodone pills from the complainant’s residence between October 27th and November 10th.  An investigation is underway, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Laura Angelica Arredondo on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/criminal trespass.

*Brownwood Police arrested 31-year-old Falon Rae Snell Eisenhauer for driving while license invalid.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Rebecca Elizabeth Hudson on a warrant related to obtain controlled substance fraudulently.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 30-year-old Rachel Nicole Perez of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to maintain financial responsibility and no drivers license.

*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Marcos Albert Reyes of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 70-year-old John Wesley Weatherford of Novice on warrants related to failure to appear/theft and motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

Tuesday, November 11

*9:00 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of 2nd Street and Fisk Avenue regarding an expired inspection sticker.  According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 28-year-old Joeleliza Pesina Arrellano of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with no proof of financial responsibility.

*9:26 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 400 block of W. Austin Avenue.  This stop led to the arrest of 22-year-old Anthony Lesslie Curnutt of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/without financial responsibility.

*3:07 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of San Benito regarding an unwanted person.  According to the police, a report for assault threat or offensive touch family member.

*5:43 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 3700 block of Savoy Drive regarding the theft of a cell phone.

*6:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Broadmoor Drive regarding trespassing.  The suspect was located and was issued a criminal trespass warning for the caller’s residence.  While issuing the warning, one party claimed that they had been assaulted by the other.

*6:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Indian Creek Drive regarding a break-in at a local church.  According to the report, a window and a door were damaged, along with a copier.  Criminal charges are being pursued.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 22-year-old Nicholas Joe Castenada of Bangs on a warrant related to aggravated sexual assault of a child.  Castenada was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 37-year-old Christopher Michael Knox on a warrant related to assault family violence/occlusion with previous conviction.  Knox was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.

*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Jacob John Langston of Brownwood on a Gregg County warrant related to theft.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Jesse Ray Stewart on warrants related to two counts driving while license invalid, and two counts of failure to appear.

*Brownwood Police arrested 49-year-old Elizabeth Stuart of May on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $1500 less than $20,000.
