Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Friday, November 12, 2010.
Wednesday, November 10
*10:52am-Brownwood Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. According to the report after contact with the driver, he was identified as 29-year-old Richard Nino Uballe of Santa Anna. It was found that Uballe’s driver’s license was suspended and he had no liability insurance the report states. As a result, Uballe was arrested for Driving While License Invalid and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
*1:57pm-Brownwood Police generated a report after stolen property was recovered at EZ Pawn. Contact with suspect was attempted with no success. Charges are being sought for the theft.
Thursday, November 11
*1:44pm-A Brownwood Police officer assisted another BPD officer on an assault call in the 2900 block of 4th Street. According to police reports the officer met with 28-year-old Joe Dell Knowles a victim/offender and 25-year-old Brandon Knowles also a victim/offender. Brandon told that he was hit in the face and bit on the left forearm the report states. Officers observed Joe’s left eye to be swollen and bruised according to police. Both were arrested for Assault Family Violence with Injury.
*8:44pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of Main regarding an intoxicated subject. According to the report the male, identified as 42-year-old Ruldolpho Reyna, who did not live at the complex, was intoxicated and standing on a balcony of the complex. The male subject was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
*10:28pm-Brownwood Police responded to reports of Disorderly Conduct at Coggin Park. According to the report the disorderly subject, identified as 25-year-old Christopher Cody Flowers, was located and subsequently arrested after the discovery of a dangerous drug in his possession and on his person.
Friday, November 12
*1:34am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Southside, Food Plaza, regarding a theft of beer. According to the report, the clerk stated that a suspect entered the store, took beer from the front display and ran out of the store. The clerk was unable to get a good look at the suspect who then got into an awaiting car and fled down Magnolia the report states.
*2:30am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Sharp regarding a disturbance. According to the report, officers observed criminal mischief to several items of property.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
