Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, November 3, 2010.

Monday, November 1

*2:07pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Clements regarding a theft of a cell phone.  No suspects were known at the time of the report.

*5:03pm-A complainant came to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft that had occurred at Wal-Mart between the dates of September 1st and September 27th.  An investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, November 2

*8:14am-A complainant came to BPD regarding a theft that had occurred at Wal-Mart on October 2.   According to police records, a theft of $300 cash had occurred.  A suspect is known and an investigation was begun.

*8:16am-A complainant came to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft that had occurred at Wal-Mart.  According to police records a theft of a gift card valued at $117.68 had occurred and an investigation was initiated.

*7:14pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2700 block of Elizabeth regarding a theft of Xanax pills.  According to the report, the complainant identified a relative as a possible suspect; however the complainant could not prove any pills were missing or that the relative was involved in the incident.

*9:15pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of 7th Street regarding a burglary.  After an investigation, it was found that a subject had entered the residence and attempted to take a PlayStation game system from the living area of the home the report states.  A suspect has been identified in the incident and an investigation is underway.

*Brownwood Police arrested19-year-old Roy Lopez for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Gabriel Isaac Herrera of Comanche on two outstanding warrants and a charge of Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone.

Wednesday, November 3

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested John Porres Martinez, Jr. for Injury of a Child and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
