Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, January 10, 2012.

*11:12am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of US Hwy 377S regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, the complainant stated that her car’s front bumper was struck by a Chevy Silverado extended cab pickup as she was preparing to turn onto Crockett Drive. Police reports indicate that the driver of the pickup fled the scene and his/her identity was unknown at the time of the report.
*7:33pm-Brownwood Police were called to a report of theft at 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart. According to the report, the asset protection person advised he observed a female, identified as 33-year-old Tina Jean Goble, conceal items in her purse and walked past the point of sale. Goble was stopped in the grocery exit and escorted to the asset protection office where the property was recovered, the report states. Dispatch informed officers that Goble had an active criminal trespass warning for Wal-Mart and she was subsequently arrested for Theft less than $50.
*8:06pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding theft. According to the report, the caller stated that his foster son had taken his Android iPod. While officers were at the scene, the stolen Android was located and the incident was documented by officers.
All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
