Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, October 5, 2010.

Tuesday, September 28

*12:30pm-While on duty at 2100 Slayden, Brownwood High School, a Brownwood Police officer was approached by a complainant regarding criminal mischief to her vehicle.  Investigation determined $3000 damage to the complainant’s pick up which was parked in the north parking lot of the school according to the report.  An investigation is ongoing and currently there are no suspects in the offense.

*Sunday, October 3

*7:51pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Good Shepherd regarding a citizens’ dispute.  According to the report the complainant advised that she and a named suspect were involved in an altercation with each other regarding the suspect’s alleged physical mistreatment of her own daughter.  A report was filed and CPS was contacted for further investigation the report states.

Monday, October 4

*11:30am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Slayden regarding the theft of a cell phone.  An investigation is ongoing.

*12:28pm-Brownwood Police received a report of two offenses of criminal mischief that occurred in the 1200 block of Crothers.  The offenses are under investigation.

*1:31pm-Brownwood Police received a report of forgery that had occurred in the 400 block of W. Commerce.  A report was filed and investigation of the offense has begun.

*1:32pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue E regarding a citizens’ dispute.  Upon officers’ arrival, two men subjects were observed to be fighting in the roadway the report states.  18-year-old Zachary Thrice Green and 23-year-old Christopher Benard Williams of Pflugerville were placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct-Fighting in Public.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
