Sunday, September 29

*Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Campa Drive regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant’s vehicle was burglarized.  Items taken during the offense was $100 and an iPhone charger.

Monday, September 30

*9:49 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had broken into her home and stole several items.  Copper wiring valued at $2400, a 36-inch television valued at $200, coffee table and a Christmas tree with fiber optic lights were stolen from the residence, the report states.  The exact date of the offense was unknown according to the report.

Thursday, October 3

*10:19 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Brown Street, Brindley’s Bookkeeping, regarding the burglary of a building.

*7:48 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a property on County Road 360 in Blanket regarding a domestic dispute.  According to the report, the woman involved, identified as 29-year-old Ann Alisa Hayes of Blanket, stated that while she and her boyfriend were arguing, he attempted to grab a phone from her back pocket and she hit him in the face with a sponge which was attached to a handle.  The officer observed two injuries to the male’s face and neck.  Hayes was placed under arrest for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*Brownwood Police arrested 36-year-old Jimmy Lee Dudley, Jr. on a warrant related to assault causes bodily injury family violence/strangulation.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 43-year-old Dusty Marie Sellers Luttrell of Olden on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver/penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams, evading arrest detention with vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.

*22-year-old Justin Dewitt Reynolds turned himself in on a warrant related to assault family violence by strangulation.

*47-year-old Pamela Lynn Svboda turned herself in on a warrant related to accident involving damage to vehicle equal or greater than $200.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Cody Allen Tobias of Abilene on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Friday, October 4

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Harold Lance Collins on a warrant related to criminal trespass.

*Early Police arrested 39-year-old Alejandra Demestric Hall for public lewdness.

*Early Police arrested 41-year-old Sandra Jacqueline Musick for public lewdness.
