*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Jason Lewis Brewer of Brownwood for Possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, unlawful carrying weapon, and driving while intoxicated.
*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Robert Kaleb Lynch of San Antonio on a parole warrant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Allison Optenburg of Bedford on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Optenburg was released on $10,000 bond.
*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Tanda Janell Salge of Lampasas on a warrant related to theft-aggregated.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old John Michael Womack of Bangs on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/delivery of a controlled substance.
Thursday, October 29
*12:42 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle for an obstructed license plate. According to the report, the driver, identified as 45-year-old Lynda Kay Todd of May, briefly attempted to evade the deputy at low speed by refusing to pull over. After failing to satisfactorily complete standard field sobriety tests, Todd was arrested for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and evading arrest/detention in a vehicle, the report states*3:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a Brownwood residence regarding a domestic disturbance. As a result of this call, 61-year-old John Pellin of Brownwood was arrested and charged with assault family/household member by strangulation.
*7:13 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 500 block of W. Commerce. According to the report, an odor of marijuana was noticed by the officer during the stop. An investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Charles Wiedenhoefer IV of Round Rock for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying weapon.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Lorena Rivera Mantos of Brownwood regarding tamper/fabricate physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Bobby Wayne Michalski, Jr. of Early on a parole violation.
*Early Police arrested 33-year-old David Newman of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated, possession of a dangerous drug, accident involving damage to vehicle equal or greater than $200, and driving while license invalid previous conviction.
*Brownwood Police arrested 61-year-old Gary Charles Middlebrook of Brownwood on a parole warrant.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 55-year-old Sheila Ann Partin of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
Friday, October 30
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Pathion Andrew Collins of Temple for failure to identify giving false/fictitious information.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Reginald Dewayne Jones of Brownwood on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal for possession of a controlled substance.
