Monday, October 28
*5:31 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Beaver Street regarding stalking.
Tuesday, October 29
*7:01 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Main Blvd. regarding an assault. According to the report, a female subject stated that she was stabbed by an unknown person in the 2600 block of W. Main Blvd. No further information was available as of Wednesday morning.
*7:47 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Wood Street regarding terroristic threat. According to the report, the complainant stated that her son had been subjected to harsh or critical statements in the Middle School Parking Lot. Further investigation is pending regarding the suspect, the report stated.
*7:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Austin Avenue regarding a welfare check. According to the report, further investigation indicated that the person requesting the welfare check was attempting to use law enforcement to harass a protected person listed in an active protective order. Investigation led to the discovery that the original complainant had committed the offense of violation of a protective order.*8:15 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Melwood regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, the complainant advised that a male subject walked in front of her residence and began cursing and making threats to construction workers that were working on her home. The complainant was able to give a description of the subject and the direction he was traveling, the report states. Officers were able to locate the subject and conducted an investigation which determined that the subject, identified as 52-year-old Felix Trevino, Jr., was intoxicated and a danger to himself or to others, the report states. Trevino was arrested and charged with public intoxication 3rd or more.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 44-year-old Kevin Collier of Austin for accident involving injury, accident involving damage to vehicle, unauthorized use of vehicle and unlawful carrying weapon.
*Brownwood Police arrested 30-year-old Robert Samuel Gomez on a warrant for a parole violation.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Daniel Ray Hernandez on a parole violation.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Arlan Torres of Early on warrants related to two counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility and no driver’s license.
Wednesday, October 30
* Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Stephen Charles Guillotte of Colorado Springs, Colorado on a parole violation.
