*7:44 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Magnolia Street for an assault. According to the report, the complainant stated that 25-year-old Autry Lee Jones III of Brownwood punched her in the face over a video game. Jones was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*9:01 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that his Texas license plate, inspection sticker and reflectors had been stolen from his motorcycle on October 21st. The complainant believed the incident occurred while he was at a business at this location, the report states.
*9:58 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1100 block of Duke Street regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the resident of the property is currently incarcerated.
*7:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Brooks Avenue regarding disorderly conduct. During this call, a juvenile female was found to have been assaulted a family member at the location. The juvenile was arrested and transported to the juvenile detention center.*11:11 PM – A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop in the area of Fisk Avenue and Main Street after observing a vehicle make an improper right turn onto Main Street from the 200 block of Baker Street. According to the report, the driver, identified as 29-year-old Matias Buitron, Jr. of Brownwood, was arrested for driving while license invalid/failure to maintain financial responsibility.
*11:37 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 600 block of 2nd Street. According to the report, during the stop, officers discovered a large quantity of marijuana hidden in the vehicle. 43-year-old Clarence Leon McDowell, Jr. was arrested for possession of marijuana equal or greater than 4 ounces less than 5 pounds in a drug free zone.
*4:37 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Crothers Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that a known subject had stolen medication from her purse while at the location the day before. The suspect is known and an investigation has been initiated, the report states.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 34-year-old Victoria Martinez Slayton of Coleman on warrants related to driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility and revocation of probation driving while license invalid (Erath County).
