Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, October 27, 2015.
Monday, October 26
*10:36 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the complainant stated a known suspect stole her wallet from the residence the prior evening.
*11:09 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a property on County Road 564 regarding a terroristic threat. According to the report, the suspect, identified as 21-year-old Dustin Cates Baker of Brownwood, had threatened both the complainant and his girlfriend. While the investigation was underway, the suspect vehicle was located by Brownwood Police. As a result of this call, Dustin Baker was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia. A juvenile was issued a citation for drug paraphernalia and for minor in possession of tobacco. Brown County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the reported threat.
*5:15 PM – Brownwood police were dispatched to Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding the sexual assault of a child. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
*10:14 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 200 block of Bluffview Drive regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the back windshield of the vehicle had been damaged.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Jerry Douglas Allen, Jr. on warrants related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams in a drug free zone and engage in organized criminal activity.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 66-year-old Karen Bailey Aycox of Brownwood on warrants related to expired registration and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Brandon Lee Beam of Early on a warrant related to injury to a child.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 65-year-old Robert Lee Danner on warrants related to two counts of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
* 55-year-old Troy L. Webb, Jr. turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft of services equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
Tuesday, October 27
*A Brown County sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a defective brake light. According to the report, the stop was made in the 400 block of West Commerce, which is a drug free zone. During the stop, both occupants of the vehicle, identified as 60-year-old Brenda Hutchens and 54-year-old Theresa Huckaby both of Brownwood, were arrested for possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 <1 gram in a drug free zone, the report states. The arrests were because a small baggy containing a white crystallized being found in the driver’s seat, where Hutchens was sitting, and another small baggy with white residue being located in Huckaby’s purse, the deputy reported.
*Brownwood Police arrested 65-year-old Warren James Bellinger, Jr. of Early on an Austin County warrant related to a parole violation.
