Monday, October 24
*9:40 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding credit/debit card abuse. According to the report, one suspect was interviewed and another possible suspect was identified.
*4:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding theft of property. According to the report, a purse containing a wallet with personal identification cards and documents was stolen and a possible suspect was identified.
*4:54 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Avenue G regarding criminal mischief.
Tuesday, October 25
*9:21 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Crockett Drive regarding found narcotics. According to the report, a report was taken including who was in possession of the narcotics when they were found. The narcotics were turned into the Brownwood Police Department and a report was made regarding possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*11:38 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Commerce regarding a domestic disturbance involving an assault.*5:05 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Vincent Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a female stated her ex-husband had pushed her and damaged her television and a vacuum cleaner.
*6:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Belle Plain regarding the violation of a protective order.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on West Hwy 67 in Bangs, Texas regarding the theft of a firearm. According to the report, there was no forced entry. The complainant stated that he felt that a known suspect had taken the firearm off his fridge while the suspect was in the house, the report states. The suspect was located and questioned; however, the pistol was never found at the location off Belle Plain the suspect was located, according to the report.
*22-year-old Alex Alvarado turned himself in on warrants related to failure to maintain financial responsibility and driving while license invalid.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Alicia Crystal Larrera of Amarillo, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate burglary of a habitation.
*The Brownwood city Marshal arrested 33-year-old Hermanda Kay Nixon of Brownwood on a warrant related to expired registration.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Wenga Walker of Mansfield, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
