Monday, October 21

*2:18 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Crockett Drive regarding a male subject with a stab wound.  According to the report, officers arrived at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center  emergency room and spoke with a male patient who had a stab wound.   Officers were able to investigate with only limited information and made contact with possible suspects.  A report for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was filed and no arrests have been made, the report states.  The investigation is ongoing.

*11:20 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy handled a call regarding a violation of a protective order.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend violated a protective order by calling her on her cell phone and leaving a message threatening to cut off the water to her residence.

*11:25 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Commerce, EZ Pawn, regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a bicycle stolen from her residence had been located at EZ Pawn.  The bicycle was seized as evidence and an investigation is ongoing.

*7:47 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding a domestic disturbance.  A report was taken regarding ongoing physical abuse of the complainant by her husband.

*8:35 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 16th Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that several tools including a tool box with a 155 pc. tool set, an air ratchet with accessories, a drill, vacuum and Sawza set valued at approximately $500 total were stolen from his residence.  A possible suspect has been named.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Kenneth Ray Anderson of Ballinger on a Runnels County warrant for theft of property by check.

*Brownwood Police arrested 44-year-old Angela Dawn Baca of Early for driving while intoxicated open container.

Tuesday, October 22

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 26-year-old Daren Michael Klutts for driving while intoxicated 2nd and possession of drug paraphernalia.

*35-year-old Tammy Deneice Latham turned herself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/burglary of a habitation.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Diana Patterson of Abilene on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 with intent to deliver.
