*10:45 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft. According to the report, a female friend had stolen $3,000
Monday, October 19
*2:55 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 block of Trigg Street regarding the theft of a cell phone.
Tuesday, October 20
*4:34 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Wood Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, 22-year-old Miranda Elizondo of Brownwood had assaulted two relatives. Elizondo was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*4:35 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 2800 block of Southside regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, a suspect vehicle had been identified and the victim wished to pursue charges.
*8:14 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the area of Austin Avenue and Avenue D regarding an accident. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 37-year-old Michael Christopher of Brownwood for driving while license invalid.
*8:48 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on CR 609 to a report of a physical altercation between a 40-year-old Wesley Roy Fairchild, Sr. of Brownwood and a relative. According to the report, Fairchild was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested and charged with Class A Assault Family Violence Causes Bodily Injury.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 20-year-old Payton Dean Anderson of Abilene for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, resisting arrest search or transport, and possession of marijuana.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Kevin Wayne Clark of Brownwood on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal for possession of a controlled substance.
*28-year-old Chrishauna Nicole Hardman of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to a probation violation.
*23-year-old Justin Don Lewis of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to fraud/destroy/removal/conceal writing.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Chelsea Rene Mallone of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams with intent to deliver in a drug free zone. Mallone was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Tiffany Ann Thomson of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/delivery of a controlled substance. Thomson was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old David Antoine Williams of Brownwood on Dallas County warrants for tamper with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
